HR Recruit have another HR Manager Vacancy for a Guildofrd based client which is being handled by our South East team.

HR Recruit are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager for 6 months for an immediate start. The company is an early stage start-up technology business based in Guildford. They are expanding rapidly and therefore has a need to recruit a HR Manager, initially for 6 months. The team are in a transition phase and the candidate must be experienced in this and putting new structures in place. There is also a need to recruit new team members.

The main requirements for the role are:

Experience in organizational design and transition
Managing at a senior level
Leadership coaching / transition support
Global business experience
Recruitment experience
Company- wide coaching/staff development
Implement processes and procedures
Possible acquisition integration

The ideal candidate must be:

Experienced in small company / rapid growth environments
Ideally from a technology background

There is a possibility that the role may become permanent. The ideal candidate must be available for an immediate start.
