HR Recruit have another Head of Talent job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.

Our client is a rapidly growing international service sector business looking for an ambitious and operationally focused Head of Talent to lead the business through further expansion. Based in Central London you will be working with the senior team and you will be responsible for talent, L&D and HR within the business.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for the internal recruitment team
Oversee the Learning and Development programme
Implement and formulate the full recruitment strategy for the business

The ideal candidate must have

At least 5 years recruitment experience in a leadership role
Have worked for in a recruitment agency ideally in a sales recruitment role

This role will suit an ambitious individual who wants to develop their career with a dynamic and rapidly expanding sales orientated organisation. In return you will receive a salary of between 70-85K depending on experience
