HR Recruit have another HR Advisor Vacancy for an East London based client which is being handled by our Greater London team

HR Recruit has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR advisor with learning and development experience to work with our professional services client in central London. A newly created role, you will report to the HR Director but will be the first point of contact for HR in the London office. This role will also be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of L&D across the practice.
Key responsibilities

Conduct a training needs analysis and co-ordinate the results via designing training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or manage via external providers
Plan and deliver training courses personally, where necessary, to compliment that provided externally or internally by others
Work with the HR Assistant to book and schedule training courses
Conduct new starter HR inductions
In conjunction with the HR Manager plan and monitor training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers
Keep accurate training records via HR software
Provide effective and dedicated HR advice employment law related in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters and employee relations
Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently and in line with legal and practice requirements, best practice and precedent
Support the HR Manager in disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings
Write and review policies and procedures in conjunction with the HR Manager
Keep up to date with changes and developments in employment legislation and HR best practice

Person Specification

High level of integrity and confidentiality
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Confident, articulate with an open and approachable communication style
Motivational and positive attitude at all times
Flexible and able/willing to travel to other offices
Able to use own initiative
Strong Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
Proven generalist experience
Previous experience of working in a professional services organization is desirable
A Learning and Development qualification or equivalent experience
CIPD Accredited HR qualification or certificate in employment law

This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Manager. In return, the candidate will receive a salary of between 35-39K + benefits (depending on experience)
